PARTY NIGHT WINNERS ROSTER

A SLIGHTLY smaller turnout to the annual "late Christmas" members party this year with 10 competitors but still an enjoyable evening and the winners were: Neil Taylor (snooker and darts), Andrew Brough (dominoes) and David Hopkinson (crib). Well done to those and thanks to everyone for turning out.

UPCOMING DATES FOR THE DIARY

THE ANNUAL LATE "CHRISTMAS" PARTY NIGHT featuring snooker, darts, dominoes and crib competitions will be held on SATURDAY, JANUARY 10th (6.30pm). All members welcome.
Also the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of BOLEHILL IMPROVEMENT GROUP will be on FRIDAY, JANUARY 30th (7pm).
The date for the club's AGM will be announced shortly.

IMPROVEMENT GROUP MEETING

THE latest meeting of  BOLEHILL IMPROVEMENT GROUP at the Institute will be on TUESDAY, JULY 14th between 7.00pm and 9.00pm. The building will be closed for normal use during these times.

UPCOMING MEETINGS & EVENTS

THERE is a meeting of BOLEHILL IMPROVEMENT GROUP on TUESDAY, MAY 13th from approximately 7pm until 9pm. The Institute will be closed for normal business during these hours.
The next COMMITTEE MEETING will be held on MONDAY, MAY 19th at 7.30pm.
The club will be closed all day on THURSDAY, MAY 22nd as it will be in use as a polling station for the local elections.

BOLEHILL No 1 TEAM SCORES HISTORIC WIN IN DARLEY DALE SNOOKER LEAGUE

BOLEHILL No 1 - WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS: L-R: Simon Zoppi, Ian Birks, Colin Marchington, Ricki Slack and Andrew Brough.

BOLEHILL INSTITUTE No 1 2013/14 Highfields Farm Butchers Premier Division Champions of the Darley Dale and District Snooker League lift the newly designated Hartshorne Cup after amassing 59 points from 18 matches with 15 wins.
Ian Birks winning the decisive frame at Edgefold Club despite a 3-2 loss on the night.
This is the first time in the history of the club a team from the Institute have become champions in the very top division (albeit there is now just the one section).

No 1 TEAM EDGE THE JACK HAYWOOD CUP

THIS SEASON'S Jack Haywood Cup goes to the club's No 1 team who beat the No 2 team twice 3-2 whilst losing 3-2 in the final meeting, giving them an overall aggregate advantage of 8-7.
